Talent Examination 1 Talent Examination

A Central Talent Exam will be held to select students for Baykar Science High School. According to the LGS result, students who are in the 1% success range in the percentile will take the aptitude exam consisting of a total of 30 multiple choice questions on 20 July 2025.

Location 2 Location

Our school is located opposite Baykar Technology Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Centre in Bahçeşehir 2nd Section Neighbourhood of Başakşehir district of Istanbul province.

Campus/Building Information 3 Campus/Building Information

Our campus consists of the Main Building, Workshop Building, Girls' and Boys' Pension Building, 2 open fields for sports activities, recreation areas and a walking track surrounding the campus.

Contingent 4 Contingent

Our school has a total enrollment capacity of 72 students: 24 students in the Information Technologies Department and 48 students in the Aviation and Space Technologies Department. Each class consists of 24 students, and every year, students are enrolled into three separate sections.

Our school has separate dormitories for female and male students.

Sportive Activities 6 Sportive Activities

In our campus, alongside the football and basketball fields, there is also an indoor sports hall and a fitness center available for our students to engage in individual or team sports activities.

 

Education Program 7 Education Program

Baykar Science High School, a Special Program and Project Implementing Science High School, offers a total of 5 years of education, including an English Preparatory year plus 4 years of regular curriculum. Our students actively participate in national and international projects and competitions, including TÜBİTAK, TEKNOFEST, MEB Robot, and Science Olympiads.

Language Education 8 Language Education

In the preparatory class, students receive 20 hours of English instruction per week, focusing on developing the four key language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Additionally, 30% of the foreign language lessons are taught by native speakers to enhance the quality of education.

Technical Education 9 Technical Education

Thematic subject courses are conducted jointly by technical instructors and Baykar engineers. Additionally, Baykar and the T3 Foundation provide mentorship support to students during their technology-based project development processes.

 

Scholarship 10 Scholarship

All students who secure a confirmed enrollment at Baykar Science High School receive a scholarship from our school’s sponsor, the T3 Foundation, amounting to 30% of the monthly minimum wage. Scholarship payments are made regularly to students for a duration of 9 months during the relevant academic year, starting each year from September.

Student Clubs 11 Student Clubs

Various social clubs such as Model United Nations, Debate, English Fun Club, Mathematics Olympiad, Robotics Coding, Information Technology, Sports, Music, and Entrepreneurship clubs have been established to support students’ development in science, technology, social, cultural, and sports fields. These clubs operate throughout the academic year based on students’ interests and requests.
